Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Site Engagement Lead for a remote role focused on site-level engagement strategies to support patient recruitment and study awareness in clinical research.

You will collaborate with healthcare professionals, referral networks, and community channels to explain study protocols, identify participants, and use performance data to improve recruitment outcomes across sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in clinical trials.
• 1 year of immunology experience; dermatology preferred.
• 1 year in a Clinical Trial Educator or similar role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Site Engagement Lead to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space.

This remote role will focus on driving site-level engagement strategies that support patient recruitment and study awareness across clinical research activities. You will work closely with healthcare professionals, referral networks, and community-facing channels to build understanding of study protocols and identify potential participants. The role also requires using performance data to strengthen recruitment outcomes and sharing effective practices across sites.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $100,472 – $125,590 annually

Responsibilities

• Engage with the public at health fairs and advocacy events
