This role requires 3–5 years in ERP deployment or business process roles within manufacturing, distribution, or building products, with strong communication and travel skills.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in frontline operations, ERP deployment support, or business process roles in distribution, manufacturing, or building products.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP S/4HANA or equivalent ERP system, with working knowledge across OTC, EWM, TM, production.
• Ability to translate system and process complexity into practical, actionable guidance for field users.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands‑on, site‑level support during deployment and hypercare; deliver training, troubleshoot issues, and reinforce standard processes.
• Execute site‑level activities end to end; act as primary on‑the‑ground support for business process adoption.
• Support tracking of readiness KPIs and elevate risks impacting go‑live or stabilization.
• Capture structured field feedback and feed into CR pipeline, training updates, and OCM.
• Partner with Deployment Pods during hypercare and transition to ongoing support model.
• Escalate technical issues to IT Helpdesk and address systemic gaps with program teams.
• Reinforce adoption of standard processes and prevent reversion to legacy methods.
