Job summary

Creative Solutions Services, LLC seeks an Environmental Health & Safety Specialist for our Minneapolis site to lead EHS activities and drive a culture of safety. The role provides technical leadership on safety, hygiene and environmental management, working with site leadership and nearby EHS teams.

Qualifications

• BS in a basic science or technical degree in the field of EHS management, or relevant work experience in EH&S is required.
• At least 4-5 years of site operations related experience, manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience with U.S. and Minnesota regulations preferred.
• Strong leadership and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Serve as EHS representative on the site management team.
• Manage all site permits to ensure continuous license to operate.
• Submit all permit and regulatory required agency reports.
• Analyze EH&S performance and develop improvement plans.
• Lead integration of EHS programs with business operations.
• Provide EHS guidance to drive a zero-accident culture.
• Oversee industrial hygiene programs including monitoring.
• Develop internal audit plans and feedback gaps to management.
• Support injury/illness recordkeeping and case management.
