You will lead daily environmental, health, and safety activities, conduct inspections and toolbox talks, and coordinate corrective actions. Qualifications

• Construction safety or EHS experience required.
• OSHA knowledge and construction safety practices preferred.
• Strong field presence and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily environmental, health, and safety activities.
• Conduct site inspections, audits, orientations, and toolbox talks.
• Identify hazards and coordinate corrective actions.
• Review site-specific safety plans and Job Hazard Analyses.
• Verify employee and subcontractor training documentation.
• Lead preconstruction safety-planning meetings.
• Investigate incidents and maintain required documentation.
• Partner with site leadership and trade partners to strengthen safety performance.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, NFPA, and company standards.
