Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) Manager to join our mission of creating the world's safest work environment. You will lead our Global WHS Program implementation, conducting risk assessments, analyzing safety data, and driving safety initiatives across the site to protect associates while supporting productivity.

You will partner with Operations leadership, lead audits, manage the first aid program, and transform safety data into actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years Amazon experience.
• 3+ years increasing responsibilities in WHS and/or environmental programs.
• 3+ years increasing responsibilities in people and performance management, or 2+ years Amazon Safety experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead WHS program implementation and safety leadership across the site.
• Conduct risk assessments and analyze safety data to drive improvements.
• Perform site audits and manage the first aid program and emergency response.
• Transform safety data into actionable insights to enhance safety culture.
