Kerry, the world’s leading taste and nutrition company, seeks an EHS Leader for the Manitowoc site. You will drive environmental, health, and safety programs, partner with operations, and ensure regulatory compliance across the facility.

Responsibilities include leading ISO 14001 efforts, audits, incident investigations, and cross-functional collaboration to embed EHS in daily decisions. First shift with flexibility for other shifts; Bachelor’s in safety or related field required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in occupational safety, environmental science, engineering or related field.
• 5+ years EHS experience in manufacturing; food industry preferred.
• Master's degree and certifications (ASP, CSP, CIH) a plus.
• In-depth knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations.
• Proven leadership and communication skills.
• First shift, with flexibility to support other shifts.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage site EHS programs to protect employees and ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Engineering, Maintenance and HR to integrate EHS into daily decision-making.
• Develop and execute annual EHS objectives with site operations management.
• Lead ISO 14001 program and maintain certification.
• Conduct audits and drive corrective actions with operations.
• Organize safety committee meetings and incident investigations.
• Monitor open Workers' Compensation claims and minimize lost days.
• Manage EHS budget and track site KPIs.
