Job summary

Loenbro is seeking an EHS Manager to lead safety across multiple industrial sites in the Austin, TX area. The role emphasizes establishing a safety culture, enforcing OSHA/MSHA compliance, and coordinating EHS training for all personnel.

The ideal candidate will drive incident investigations, develop programs, and collaborate with operations to protect workers. The position requires CHST or equivalent experience with strong knowledge of safety regulations and leadership capabilities to improve

Qualifications

• CHST certification or 5 years of construction safety experience.
• In-depth knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards.
• Ability to lead safety training and site orientation.
• Strong communication and leadership across teams.
• Experience with incident investigations and root cause analysis.
• Familiarity with MSHA and regulatory inspections.
• Ability to develop and improve safety programs and trainings.
• Comfort with data analytics and safety reporting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee EHS training programs across areas.
• Enforce EHS policies and OSHA/MSHA compliance at sites.
• Lead incident investigations and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with operations to embed safety culture.
• Perform site inspections, audits, and daily safety reporting.
• Maintain EHS records and documentation (e.g., in KPA).
• Interface with regulatory agencies and client safety teams.
• Drive continuous improvement of safety practices.
