Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business strategies to achieve revenue growth, profitability, and market share objectives
• Make strategic decisions around operations, manufacturing, and new product development with focus on competitiveness
• Provide leadership to the Phoenix Protective Systems business, including setting goals and performance metrics
• Manage and optimize production, logistics, and supply chain management
• Foster a culture of innovation and customer focus for business performance
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders
• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans
• Identify and mitigate risks and implement corrective actions
• Lead and develop a high-performing team and succession planning
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth and improvement
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Champion SHE efforts and provide a safe work environment
• Ensure compliance with aviation-related manufacturing and quality standards (FAA/ICAO/AS9100)
