Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a life science or engineering-related field is required.
• 3+ years of production tasks within operations or supply chain environment.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience.
• Demonstrated leadership in continuous improvement (e.g., 5S, Kanban, lean).
• Experience using metrics and business cases to drive improvements.
• Experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional alignment.
• Ability to align diverse teams around large-scale operational improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to meet production and safety goals.
• Drive on-time delivery and meet manufacturing capacity against plans.
• Implement DBS principles and cost/efficiency improvements.
• Foster a safe, compliant, and inclusive work environment.
