Job summary

The Bennington Public Schools Foundation All Star Kids program seeks a Site Director Liaison to support site directors, staff and child care teams across multiple locations. This role focuses on communication, collaboration, and program coordination to uphold a safe, engaging before/after school environment.

Responsibilities include coordinating coaching, ensuring licensing compliance, and fostering partnerships with staff to promote a positive program culture.

Qualifications

• Must be 19 years or older.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in organized group activities for school-aged children.
• Ability to supervise children and staff in various settings such as gyms, outdoor areas, and during field trips.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from Bennington, NE
• Must complete Nebraska Child Abuse & Neglect Registry, Nebraska Adult Abuse Central Registry, and a background check.

Responsibilities

• Review company norms, processes and goals to maintain knowledge and alignment.
• Detect opportunities for meaningful collaboration within and across the programs operating site locations.
• Relay company interests and work to further them across sites.
• Elucidate, discuss and implement actions that expand program goals.
• Identify gaps and remedy concerns surrounding the program with a collaborative approach.
• Educate staff on proper operations of a licensed before/after school child care program and ensure compliance.
• Establish meeting days and times with Site Directors for 1:1 and group coaching within active sites.
• Oversee safety drills and licensing guidelines to maintain compliant operations.
