Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Site Director to lead a team of teachers in delivering engaging classroom experiences using our nationally recognized curriculum. You will ensure licensing, safety, and educational standards are met while partnering with parents to provide the best care and education for children.

Successful candidates are passionate about educational excellence, open to sharing knowledge, and capable of building strong relationships with families, staff, and community

Qualifications

• At least one year of teaching experience with the ability to develop, engage, and inspire a team.
• Love for children and a strong desire to make a difference every day.
• Ability to build relationships with families and staff in a dynamic environment where play and discovery occur.
• Outstanding customer service skills, strong organizational skills, multitask and manage multiple situations effectively.
• Meet state-specific guidelines for the role.
• Be physically able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and to work indoors or outdoors; communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a group of teachers to create unique and engaging classroom experiences.
• Ensure the site operates effectively; maintain licensing, safety, and educational standards.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, school and district leaders, licensing authorities, community contacts, and partners.
• Lead recruitment and enrollment efforts of new families and children in the sites.
