Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Site Director to lead a team of teachers, ensuring engaging classroom experiences and alignment with our nationally recognized curriculum. You will supervise staff, maintain licensing and safety standards, and partner with parents to deliver the best care.

You will recruit and enroll families, build positive relationships with schools, licensing authorities, and community partners, and drive program quality across the site.

Qualifications

• At least one year of teaching experience and ability to lead a team.
• Passion for children and a desire to make a difference daily.
• Ability to build relationships with families and staff.
• Excellent customer service, strong organizational skills, multitasking.
• Meet state-specific guidelines for the role.
• Be physically able to lift 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Read/write/speak English to communicate with children and parents.

Responsibilities
