Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Site Director to lead a team of teachers and create engaging classroom experiences while ensuring licensing and safety standards are met. You will partner with families and school/district entities to deliver high-quality care and education.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, enrollment leadership, and maintaining a positive, compliant site environment to support children's growth and learning.

Qualifications

• At least one year of teaching experience and ability to lead a team.
• Love for children and desire to make a difference daily.
• Ability to build relationships with families and staff.
• Strong customer service, organizational, and multi-tasking skills.
• Compliance with state-specific guidelines for the role.
• Physical ability to use a computer, lift up to 40 pounds, and work indoors or outdoors.
• Read/write/speak English to communicate with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a group of teachers to create unique and engaging classroom experiences.
• Ensure site operations comply with licensing, safety, and educational standards.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for children.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, school/district leaders, licensing authorities, and partners.
• Lead recruitment and enrollment efforts of new families and children.
