KinderCare Education LLC is seeking a Site Director to lead a team of teachers and deliver engaging classroom experiences using our nationally recognized curriculum. You will be responsible for ensuring the site operates smoothly, meets licensing and safety standards, and partners with families to provide top childcare and education for local children.

• At least one year of teaching experience with the ability to develop, engage, and inspire a team.
• Ability to build relationships with families and staff and create a dynamic environment where play and discovery go hand-in-hand.
• Outstanding customer service skills and strong organizational abilities.

Responsabilités

• Lead and supervise a group of teachers to create engaging classroom experiences.
• Ensure site operates effectively; maintain licensing, safety, and educational standards.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for children.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, school and district leaders, and community partners.
• Lead recruitment and enrollment efforts of new families and children in our sites.
