KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Site Director to lead a team of teachers, ensure licensing and safety standards, and partner with families to deliver high-quality early childhood education. This role emphasizes relationship-building with children, families, and community partners.

The Site Director will recruit and enroll families, leverage the national curriculum, and foster a dynamic, engaging classroom environment across our centers.

Qualifications

• At least one year of teaching experience.
• Ability to build relationships with families and staff.
• Strong customer service, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to meet state guidelines and work with children safely.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a group of teachers to create engaging classroom experiences.
• Ensure site operations meet licensing, safety, and educational standards.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for children.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, school leaders, and community partners.
• Lead recruitment and enrollment efforts of new families and children.
