Job summary

You will oversee operations, enrollments, and community relationships, while maintaining program excellence and a positive, engaging learning environment for children.

Qualifications

• At least one year of teaching experience and ability to lead a team.
• Strong customer service and organizational skills are required.
• Ability to comply with state licensing and safety guidelines.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds and engage with children.
• Proficiency in English for communicating with families and staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a group of teachers to create engaging classroom experiences.
