KinderCare Learning Companies in the United States is seeking a Site Director who will lead a team of teachers, ensure program quality, and align with our nationally recognized curriculum to create engaging classroom experiences.

You will build strong relationships with families, school and district partners, and licensing authorities, while driving recruitment and enrollment to support site success.

Qualifications

• At least one year of teaching experience with ability to lead a team.
• Love for children and desire to make a difference.
• Ability to build relationships with families and staff.
• Outstanding customer service and strong organizational skills.
• Meet state-specific guidelines for the role.
• Physically able to lift 40 pounds, work indoors or outdoors, and use a computer.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise teachers to create engaging classroom experiences.
• Ensure site operates within licensing, safety, and education standards.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, staff, school and district partners.
• Lead recruitment and enrollment efforts for new families.
