KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Site Director to lead and empower a team of teachers, creating engaging classroom experiences aligned with our national curriculum. You will oversee licensing, safety, and educational standards while partnering with parents to provide the best care for children.

You will recruit and enroll families, foster positive relationships with school and district leaders, and engage with community partners to expand high-quality care across sites.

Qualifikationen

• At least one year of teaching experience and ability to lead a team.
• A love for children and a strong desire to make a difference.
• Ability to build relationships with families and staff.
• Outstanding customer service, organizational skills, and multitasking.
• Meet state-specific guidelines for the role.
• Be physically able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors; able to supervise interactions with children.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and their parents.

Aufgaben

• Lead and supervise a group of teachers to create unique and engaging classroom experiences.
• Ensure site operates effectively; maintain licensing, safety, and educational standards.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for children.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, school and district leaders, state licensing authorities, community contacts, and corporate partners.
• Lead recruitment and enrollment efforts of new families and children at our sites.
