Job summary

Headlands Research is seeking a Site Director for our Grand Rapids, MI site. You will oversee daily operations, ensure participant safety and high-quality data, and drive enrollment and financial performance onsite.

You will lead a collaborative team, ensure GCP/ICH compliance, manage resources, and mentor staff to achieve research objectives in a modern, patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading clinical research sites.
• Strong knowledge of GCP and ICH regulatory requirements.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, KPIs, and enrollment goals.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations to ensure participant safety and data quality.
• Drive site performance, enrollment targets, and financial results.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and audit readiness with support from QA and RDO.
• Lead staff development, onboarding, and performance management.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support site performance.
