Qualifications

• Education requirements: Bachelor's degree in business or health-related field; Master’s preferred.
• Experience: 5+ years in clinical trials, multi-site leadership across regions.
• Knowledge: GCP, CFR, and applicable state regulations; strong operational and financial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of roughly 6–8 DeNovo or integrated clinical trial sites within a region.
• Integrate acquired sites into network processes, systems, and workflows.
• Lead and develop site leaders; manage performance and coaching.
