AlphaBEST Education, Inc. is seeking a Site Director for Eyestone Elementary in Wellington, CO to lead a before- and after-school program that fosters student growth in a safe, engaging environment.

As Site Director, you will manage daily site operations, oversee curriculum implementation, and build strong relationships with families and school staff while ensuring licensing compliance and safety at all times.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Colorado Shines PDIS Level 2 or higher.
• Previous experience in team leadership and/or supervision is preferred.
• Ability to work in a classroom environment, including regular bending and lifting up to 25 pounds.
• Current CPR/First Aid certification preferred; training can be provided if needed.

Responsabilités

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the site: schedules, ratios, staffing, and documentation
• Oversee/facilitate curriculum implementation and ensure activities meet program expectations
• Build a safe and inclusive environment aligned with licensing requirements and AlphaBEST standards
• Make child safety the top priority at all times
• Maintain licensing compliance, documentation, and readiness for inspections
• Track and manage site resources, attendance, and food program requirements
• Supervise and mentor your site team, providing coaching and feedback, and ensuring training requirements are met
• Represent AlphaBEST with professionalism at school and community events
• Build strong relationships with families, school staff, and AlphaBEST leadership to support student success
