Job summary

Healthy Kids Programs is hiring a School-Age Childcare Site Director for our Before and After School Program at Pittsburgh Manchester Elementary School for the 2026–2027 school year. This part-time, non-exempt role follows the school calendar with morning and/or afternoon hours (7:00 AM–9:00 AM; 3:45 PM–6:00 PM).

Responsibilities include regulatory compliance, program and staff leadership, and strong family communication using the Playground App.

Qualifications

• Must pass a full background check, including fingerprinting and reference checks.
• Must be medically fit to perform job duties including a clear TB.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Physically able to bend, stretch, lift, and carry up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Regulatory & Licensing Leadership: Ensure full PA DHS/OCDEL compliance and maintain documentation onsite.
• Program & Staff Leadership: Lead engaging activities and supervise staff with safe ratios.
• Operations & Communication: Oversee attendance, registration, scheduling, and liaison with families and school.
