Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field OR 2 years college with 910+ hours experience OR 3 years of supervised experience after age 18 with 4+ year olds.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site operations: schedules, ratios, staffing, documentation.
• Facilitate curriculum implementation and ensure activities meet program expectations.
• Maintain licensing compliance and readiness for inspections.
• Supervise and mentor site team with coaching and training.
• Represent AlphaBEST professionally at school and community events.
• Build relationships with families, school staff, and AlphaBEST leadership.
