KinderCare in North Las Vegas is seeking a Site Lead to guide and support a team of teachers, creating engaging, development-focused classroom experiences for children. You will ensure the site operates safely and in compliance with licensing and education standards, while partnering with families to provide the best care and education.

You will build strong relationships with families, staff, and local partners to promote enrollments.

Qualifications

• At least one year of teaching experience with the ability to develop, engage, and inspire a team.
• Ability to build relationships with families and staff and create a dynamic environment where play and discovery go hand-in-hand.
• Outstanding customer service, strong organizational skills, multi-task and manage multiple situations effectively.
• Meet state specific guidelines for the role.
• Be physically able to use a computer with basic proficiency, lift a minimum of 40 pounds, and work indoors or outdoors; communicate in English with children and their parents.
