Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (in related field) or equivalent experience.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs.
• Must pass background check as required by Oregon childcare licensing regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site operations: schedules, ratios, staffing, documentation.
• Oversee curriculum implementation and ensure activities meet program expectations.
• Maintain safe, inclusive environment aligned with licensing requirements and AlphaBEST standards.
• Prioritize child safety and readiness for inspections.
• Track site resources, attendance, and food program requirements.
• Supervise and mentor the site team, providing coaching and ensuring training compliance.
• Represent AlphaBEST professionally at school and community events.
• Build relationships with families, school staff, and AlphaBEST leadership.
