Lakeland Hills YMCA is seeking a Site Director (Kids Club) for the after-school program. The role runs Monday through Friday, 3:00–6:00 PM, providing leadership to staff and delivering safe, enriching activities for school-age children.

You will supervise daily operations, foster strong relationships with families, and create a welcoming environment that supports child growth across STEM, arts, literacy, sports, and social-emotional learning.

Qualificações

• College coursework in education, recreation, or a related field.
• Experience working with children, preferably in an after-school setting.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• A positive, flexible, and team-oriented attitude.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise staff and oversee daily program operations.

Site Director (Kids Club) - Part-Time

Do you have a passion for working with children and helping them grow, learn, and thrive? The YMCA is looking for an energetic, dependable, and caring Site Director to lead our Kids Club program and create a safe, fun, and engaging environment for school-age children.

As a Site Director, you'll supervise staff, oversee daily program operations, build positive relationships with families, and ensure children enjoy enriching activities including STEM, arts & crafts, literacy, sports, and social-emotional learning. You'll play a key role in creating memorable experiences while mentoring staff and supporting child development.
