Job summary

Procter & Gamble seeks a Site IT/OT Leader to manage end-to-end IT/OT operations for a manufacturing site or distribution center. You will ensure critical applications and plant infrastructure run securely, compliantly, and resiliently while driving continuous improvement across supply chain tooling.

You will help integrate digital technologies, lead projects, and foster a culture of security and operational excellence at the Cincinnati General Offices.

Qualifications

• You are graduating in Spring or Summer 2027 with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Engineering, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Manufacturing IT - Experience in manufacturing technology and systems operations.
• IT Operations - Incident management/Organizational change/Problem management.
• IT infrastructure - Knowledge in network operations or application management.
• IT Security & Risk – Awareness of cybersecurity requirements and ability to support P&G’s cyber security organization to drive programs.
• Leadership - Strong leadership skills and the ability to work in a startup-like environment.
• Collaboration/partner management - Open mind, fast learner, strong communication across functions.
