Job summary

Procter & Gamble seeks a Site IT/OT Leader to drive end-to-end operations for a manufacturing site or distribution center. You will ensure critical IT/OT apps and plant infrastructure run securely, compliantly, and with resilience while pursuing continuous improvement.

The role requires leadership across teams to deliver flawless make, pack and ship operations. You will be the change agent at the site, enabling always-on IT/OT capabilities and working across functions to deploy new technology.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required or nearing completion in a relevant field.
Experience with manufacturing IT and related systems operations.
Knowledge of IT operations processes: incident management, organizational change, problem management.
Understanding of IT infrastructure and network operations or application management.
Awareness of cybersecurity requirements and ability to support security programs.

Responsibilities

Site Digital Technology Leader: integrate digital technologies into the site master plan and drive value-focused projects.
Site Cyber Security Leader: develop and execute the site security strategy and risk mitigation efforts.
Collaborate across functions to enable secure, compliant, 24x7 manufacturing and logistics operations.
