Job summary

Muller Inc is seeking a Superintendent, Site Work at our Reston, Virginia headquarters to lead field operations and supervise day-to-day activities. You will manage projects and multiple crews, while communicating effectively with clients to ensure successful project delivery.

The role requires reading civil plans, proposals, change orders, and scope documents, plus strong safety knowledge and county code awareness.

Qualifications

• Operating skills with excavator, skid steer and bulldozer.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to access secured sites.
• OSHA 30 certification.
• Knowledge of site work/utility work.
• Understands county codes for our work regions.
• Safety knowledge.
• Client facing experience/professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple crews and sites across the DC Metro (DC/VA/MD).
• Read civil plans, proposals, change orders and scope related documents.
• Excellent communication skills including communicating with clients.
• Seek assistance when necessary, refraining from tasks beyond expertise.
• Interpret cut sheets and operate a transit for grade shooting.
