• Manage multiple crews and sites across the DC Metro region (DC/VA/MD).
• Read civil plans, proposals, change orders, and scope documents.
• Maintain clear communication with clients and team members.
• Demonstrate willingness to seek assistance when required and stay within expertise.
• Interpret cut sheets and operate a transit for grade shooting.
