Job summary

Muller Inc seeks a Project Engineer to join our Reston team. As a full-service Site Work Contractor based in Northern Virginia, you will report to the Director and help manage projects on 1–2 sites daily.

You will track quantities, report changes, monitor delays, and ensure foremen submit plans on time while coordinating material orders and subcontractor performance. This exempt, full-time role offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret project drawings.
• Proficient computer skills; Excel, Bluebeam, Word, Teams.
• Creative problem-solving abilities to handle site challenges.
• Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Track quantities on site including feet of pipe installed and materials.
• Identify and report potential change orders to the PPOC.
• Monitor daily project delays such as weather and other trades.
• Ensure foremen submit daily plans for PPOC review.
• Order materials for foremen/supervisors.
• Verify subcontractor performance and crew productivity.
• Review weekly schedules with PPOC and site superintendent to stay on track.
