Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in civil engineering or related field.
• 9+ years of experience in site development and entitlements.
• Proven ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary teams.
• Experience with multi-site development programs and approvals.
• Ability to read/site/building drawings and ensure compliance.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel for site visits and meetings.

Responsibilities

• Leads site design and documentation for retail/restaurant projects.
• Develops objectives, scope, and schedules with clients.
• Establishes and monitors detailed project plans.
• Meets with clients regularly to communicate progress.
• Oversees project administration and construction administration.
