Job summary

Qualifications

• B.S. in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of site or land development experience.
• PE license.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Solid understanding of stormwater design, grading, and utility layout.
• Strong communication, time management, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Design site layouts, grading plans, stormwater systems, and utilities using Civil 3D.
• Prepare construction documents, drainage reports, and permit submittals including SWPPPs.
• Attend municipal meetings and support project approvals.
• Coordinate with internal teams and outside consultants.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to scheduling and deadlines.
• Support client communication and uphold project quality standards.
