Job summary

Brunel is seeking a Project Manager, Site Development to lead the local site development for the PORTS-Pike Technology Campus gas generation project in Piketon, Ohio. This on-site role coordinates land, permitting, interconnection, engineering, and stakeholder activities with SB Energy and external partners.

You will manage multi-workstream delivery, engage with stakeholders, monitor budgets and schedules, and report milestones to senior management. Domestic travel up to 25% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in project development, project management, environmental/permitting, land acquisition, or related field.
• 5–10 years of overall professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Project manage development-phase deliverables across land, permitting, interconnection, engineering, financing, and other cross-functional workstreams.
• Lead on-the-ground project development activities for the gas generation infrastructure.
• Support the Project Development Regional Director throughout all aspects of project development.
• Coordinate wetlands delineations, environmental activities, and required project permits.
• Prepare presentation materials, project updates, and development status reports for senior management.
• Review key project contracts and agreements, including interconnection agreements, PPAs, EPC contracts.
