Brunel has partnered with SB Energy to hire a Project Manager, Gas & Fuel Supply – Power Generation to support growing gas-fired generation and data center infrastructure across the U.S. Based in Piketon, OH, hybrid or on-site work options are available, with up to 60% travel for hybrid arrangements.

You will drive fuel supply strategy, manage gas procurement and transportation, lead commercial negotiations, and coordinate with cross-functional teams, regulators, and lenders.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Economics, Business, Energy Management, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in natural gas supply, transportation, origination, trading, pipeline development, or fuel procurement supporting power generation or large industrial loads.
• Strong knowledge of physical natural gas markets, pipeline tariffs and operations, transportation contracts, nominations and balancing, pricing, basis risk, and reliability planning.
• Experience negotiating commercial agreements and coordinating technical, legal, credit, regulatory, finance, and operations stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze fuel demand, heat-rate and dispatch assumptions, market data, transportation alternatives, and commercial risk.
• Strong negotiation, relationship-management, quantitative, presentation, and decision-support skills.
• Experience with PJM-region gas-electric coordination and relevant pipeline systems is preferred.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment while managing multiple commercial and technical priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement integrated gas and fuel supply strategy for generation assets.
• Assess upstream gas supply, pipeline transportation, capacity, interconnects, and storage options.
• Lead or support RFPs, negotiations, and execution of gas-related agreements.
• Coordinate fuel requirements with generation technology, permitting, and project schedules.
• Manage relationships with producers, pipelines, utilities, and regulators.
• Identify risks and mitigation strategies related to fuel supply and transportation.
• Monitor pipeline development, metering, permits, and first-gas milestones.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and contract compliance processes.
• Assist lenders, investors, and internal teams during due diligence.
• Plan transition of fuel scheduling and nominations to operating organization.
• Collaborate on capacity, ownership models, and hedging responsibilities.
