This role is based at Meadville, PA or Erie, PA, and supports senior engineers with design, drafting, site surveys, and coordination with clients and review agencies. The position offers hands-on experience in civil/environmental project work, including CAD drawings, data collection, permit support (NPDES), and field inspections.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of civil or environmental engineering experience.
• Bachelor or Master of Science in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
• EIT certification preferred.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety requirements and regulations.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers on site development and design.
• Conduct site inspections and surveys for planning data.
• Prepare design plans, specs, and cost estimates for infrastructure.
• Review subdivision, land development, and grading plans for environmental impact.
• Assist in permit applications (NPDES, waterway) for compliance.
• Provide on-site engineering support and construction monitoring.
• Create CAD drawings and technical reports communicating project changes.
