Jobot seeks a Site Design and Land Development Engineer in Westerville, OH, to lead site development design for diverse projects. You will contribute to grading, drainage, utilities, and stormwater plans while coordinating with surveyors and regulators to ensure compliant permitting.

The ideal candidate has a Civil Engineering degree with 4+ years of experience, EIT, and preferred PE licensure, delivering technical reports and construction documents on time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 4+ years of civil engineering and site development design experience.
• EIT required; PE license preferred.
• Experience preparing construction documents and plans for land development.
• Familiarity with local, state, and federal design standards and permitting.
• Background in project coordination and client interaction.

Responsibilities

• Site layout, grading, drainage, stormwater, utilities, and erosion control.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and Civil 3D for project backlog.
• Perform engineering calculations and prepare technical reports.
• Coordinate with surveyors, utilities, regulatory agencies, and stakeholders.
• Understand permitting and entitlement processes for site development.
• Manage multiple projects and priorities with strong organizational skills.
