Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Site Design and Land Development Engineer to support planning, design, and execution of civil projects. The role offers competitive pay with a bonus potential and growth opportunities within a multidisciplinary firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 4+ years in civil engineering and site development design.
• EIT required; PE license preferred.
• Experience preparing construction documents and engineering plans for land development projects.
• Familiarity with local, state, and federal design standards, regulations, and permitting requirements.
• Background in project coordination and client interaction.

Responsibilities

• Experience with site layout, grading, drainage, stormwater management, utility design, and erosion control.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and Civil 3D for a diverse backlog of projects.
• Ability to perform engineering calculations and prepare technical reports.
• Experience coordinating with surveyors, utility providers, regulatory agencies, and project stakeholders.
• Understanding of permitting and entitlement processes associated with site development projects.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
