The ideal candidate has a B.S. in Civil Engineering and 3–8 years of civil design experience; PE is preferred but not required. Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D, HydroCAD, and Microsoft Office is expected.

Impact Recruitment is working with a full-service civil engineering firm, located in Boston, Massachusetts. Our client offers comprehensive, client-based, professional civil engineering, design, and consulting services. They have provided services for public works, utilities, industrial, commercial, retail and large housing projects.

We have a full-time Site Development Engineer position available with our client who is seeking a civil engineer to join their firm’s growing civil engineering department.

The ideal person for this position has an entrepreneurial spirit and is willing to roll up their sleeves to tackle a variety of tasks.

This candidate will work closely with the head of the department, assisting with project management, document production, and client relations.

Site Development Engineer Qualifications:

• Has experience in site development and stormwater management design
