Impact Recruitment is seeking a Site Development Engineer in Richmond, VA to support the civil department’s growth under the head of the department. The ideal candidate will contribute to project management, document production, and client relations while advancing with a growing civil team. The position requires a B.S.

in Civil Engineering with 3–8 years of civil design experience; PE is preferred but not required. Proficiency in AutoCAD C3D, HydroCAD, and Microsoft Office is expected.

Impact Recruitment is working with a full-service civil engineering firm, located in Richmond, Virginia. Our client offers comprehensive, client-based, professional civil engineering, design, and consulting services. They have provided services for public works, utilities, industrial, commercial, retail and large housing projects.

We have a full-time Site Development Engineer position available with our client who is seeking a civil engineer to join their firm’s growing civil engineering department. The ideal person for this position has an entrepreneurial spirit and is willing to roll up their sleeves to tackle a variety of tasks. This candidate will work closely with the head of the department, assisting with project management, document production, and client relations.

Site Development Engineer Qualifications
