Job summary

Turner Construction Company in Augusta, GA is seeking a dedicated Culture Lead to serve as the front-line contact for project culture. You will build trust through regular one-on-one engagement and help ensure the on-site environment reflects culture expectations appropriate for jobsite size and conditions.

You will develop the IRW plan, integrate culture into project meetings, and partner with leadership to promote worker wellbeing, inclusion, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years in field construction or related experience.
• Bilingual skills (Spanish) a plus.
• Strong ability to advocate for workers and improve culture.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the IRW Plan with actionable measures for mobilization and ongoing training.
• Lead inclusion and culture integration into project meetings and decisions.
• Walk sites regularly to engage workers and build trusted relationships.
• Coordinate trade partner audits and corrective actions to improve culture.
