Job summary

Turner Construction Company is seeking an Experienced Culture on Project site leader to drive inclusive and respectful workplace practices on Philadelphia Main project sites. You will build trust with workers, coordinate with HR, and promote wellness, safety, and engagement across diverse crews.

Responsibilities include developing an IRW plan, integrating culture in meetings, conducting site walks, and reporting on KPIs related to worker experience and inclusiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field with 6+ years field experience.
• Ability to promote inclusive workplace culture and wellness on site.
• Strong communication and leadership skills for diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain IRW plan with measurable actions.
• Integrate culture considerations into project meetings and decision-making.
• Walk the site, gather worker feedback, and address concerns.
• Coordinate with HR on handling incidents and risk mitigation.
• Define metrics to report progress on inclusiveness and worker experience.
• Promote training and development to staff and crew.
• Support events and activities that boost morale and connection.
