Job summary

Woodcraft Rangers seeks a Site Coordinator to manage the after-school program at a South Gate location. You will supervise staff, coordinate daily schedules, and ensure a safe, engaging environment for 10-20 youth daily.

The role is on-site with training at the main office in Little Tokyo and site locations. Candidates should be detail‑oriented, energetic, and capable of training others while maintaining strong communication with families and school partners.

Qualifications

• Requires at least 1+ years supervising children in school or recreation settings.
• Experience leading or coordinating after-school or expanded learning programs preferred.
• Strong communication with parents, school staff, and community members.
• Ability to manage schedules, field trips, and daily enrichment activities.
• Willingness to train and develop on-site staff.

Responsibilities

• Ensure students are in a safe environment and inclusive setting.
• Lead and coach on-site team to deliver high-quality programs.
• Implement site protocols, safety regulations, and WR policies.
• Coordinate field trips and communicate details to families.
• Maintain attendance records and manage staff timesheets.
