Job summary

Woodcraft Rangers seeks a Site Coordinator to oversee after-school operations at a Riverside site. You will liaise with parents, staff, and school personnel to run daily schedules, supervise junior staff, and ensure a safe, fun environment for 10-20 participants daily.

Responsibilities include coordinating field trips, tracking attendance, and supporting program excellence while attending on-site trainings at Woodcraft Rangers locations.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising groups of children in educational or recreational settings.
• AA Degree in Child Development or related field preferred with relevant coursework.
• First Aid & CPR certification and background clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily after-school schedules and activities ensuring safety and engagement.
• Supervise assistant site coordinators, community liaisons, and club leaders.
• Maintain attendance records, coordinate field trips, and manage small budgets.
• Promote inclusive, respectful environment and provide staff training as needed.
