Job summary

Woodcraft Rangers is seeking a part-time Site Coordinator to manage the after-school program logistics at multiple LA-area sites, including Echo Park, Pico Union, and Koreatown. You will liaise with parents, school staff, and community members to run a safe, engaging program with daily schedules and activities.

This role requires supervising staff, coordinating field trips, and maintaining attendance while ensuring a welcoming environment for all participants.

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience supervising a group of children in a school or recreational setting.
• 1+ years’ experience supervising or leading a team and/or a group of children in a school or recreational setting.
• AA Degree in Child Development or related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure students are in a safe environment (physical and emotional).
• Lead and coach the on-site team to deliver high-quality programs and provide positive customer service.
• Maintain and submit student attendance daily and coordinate end-of-week themes and field trips.
