Our Transitional and Independent Living (TIL) Program empowers young adults ages 18-21 to successfully transition into adulthood by building the skills necessary for independent living. As a Site Coordinator for the Transitional Living Program, you will provide leadership and oversight for a multi-unit residential site serving young adults as they transition into independent living. This role supervises staff, oversees daily operations, ensures program compliance, and helps create a safe, structured, and supportive environment where youth can develop the skills needed for adulthood.
