Lawrence Hall in Chicago seeks an Overnight Youth Treatment Specialist to provide supervision and support for youths in a 24-hour residential program. You will help maintain a safe, therapeutic environment and assist with treatment goals during overnight hours.
The role requires dependability, observant behavior, and a commitment to trauma-informed care for youth aged 8-18. A valid IL driver’s license and background checks are required. This is a full-time onsite overnight position.

Our Child & Family Treatment Center (CFTC) is a 24-hour residential treatment program serving DCFS- and ISBE-referred youth ages 8-18 who are experiencing emotional and behavioral challenges. Through individualized treatment plans and trauma-informed care, we help youth heal from abuse, neglect, and trauma while building the skills and resilience needed to thrive.
As an Overnight Youth Treatment Specialist, you will provide supervision, structure, and support to youth during overnight hours in our residential treatment program. You will help maintain a safe and therapeutic environment while supporting treatment goals, responding to youth needs, and ensuring continuity of care during critical overnight hours.

Work Location: Child & Family Treatment Center (CFTC), 4833 N. Francisco Ave., Chicago, IL 60625.
Schedule: Full-time onsite overnight position with the following shift options:
Travel/Driving: Must be able to transport youth to appointments, school, and community activities when required.
Physical Requirements: Ability to kneel and return to standing without assistance, safely respond to crises, and actively supervise youth throughout the shift.
Work Environment: Residential treatment setting serving youth with emotional, behavioral, and trauma-related challenges.
Other Position Requirements: Must obtain and maintain Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (TCI), CPR, and First Aid certifications and safely utilize verbal and physical intervention techniques when necessary.
