Job summary

Ideal candidates bring 7–10+ years in commercial construction, with experience in higher education, K-12, or healthcare projects, and OSHA 30. Strong communication and leadership are essential for mentoring junior staff.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising multiple commercial projects.
• 7–10+ years in commercial construction.
• Experience with higher education, K-12, and healthcare projects.
• OSHA 30 certification; safety training.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate on-site activities for a single project.
• Schedule and coordinate subcontractors and material deliveries.
• Maintain safety programs and jobsite housekeeping.
• Maintain daily job reports and cost centers for workers.
• Review shop drawings for contract conformance.
• Maintain jobsite record drawings and progress photos.
• Ensure city inspections are obtained and documented.
• Attend jobsite meetings and complete punch lists.
• Mentor Assistant Superintendents and Assistant PMs.
