Joeris General Contractors, LLC is seeking an on-site Superintendent to coordinate multiple projects, supervise trades and Joeris employees, and ensure safety and quality on the jobsite. You will manage daily reports, cost centers, and shop drawing reviews, and mentor site teams to deliver projects on schedule.

The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and leadership skills, with a focus on safety, productivity, and client relations across commercial retail projects.

Formación

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience supervising multiple commercial projects.
• Experience with retail projects is preferred.
• College coursework in drafting/surveying/CAD/Total Station is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate on-site activities for multiple projects.
• Oversee safety programs and reporting on the jobsite.
• Schedule and coordinate subcontractors and material deliveries.
• Maintain daily job reports, time records, and cost centers.
• Review shop drawings for contract conformance and field dimensions.
• Manage daily cost reviews and build client relations.
