Horizon Health Care, Inc. in Wessington Springs, SD is seeking a full-time Site Coordinator to lead day-to-day clinic operations under the Regional Manager. The role emphasizes high-quality, patient-centered care and a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

The Site Coordinator will steer front office functions, support staffing and events, and help maintain morale while aligning with the organization's mission and values to serve local communities.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate implementation of change within the clinic while supporting the organizational message and keeping staff motivated in an environment focused on building morale.
• Be the leader for the front office teams. Model the behaviors that represent our mission, vision, and values, holding ourselves accountable to them and our policies and procedures.
• Assist the Regional Manager with organizing functions within the clinic, including but not limited to, resolving staff scheduling, staff onboarding, staff training, community/clinic events, equipment maintenance.

Horizon Health in Wessington Springs, SD is seeking a full-time Site Coordinator. The Site Coordinator will serve as a leader within the clinic setting to assist with the day-to-day items as directed by the Regional Manager. Successful candidates for the Site Coordinator should be passionate about providing high-quality, patient centered care.
